Just got this email from Alderman Scott Waguespack of the 32nd Ward. Brilliantly principled and financially sound opposition to the parking meter deal. Greetings! Aside from water sports, the base features a brand-new miniature golf course, several gyms, and two outdoor movie theaters. Considering the year-round warm weather, movies rarely are cancelled.
