These days Dennis Kaniger is busy dishing up bowls of liquid karma at Noodle Shop. He is perhaps best known as the chef/owner of the long-shuttered but still-revered Venue, a legendary Country Club Plaza destination restaurant. But in recent years Kaniger has opened City Tavern in the Freight House District and cooked up down-home vittles at Harry’s Country Club.
